(But, you know, babies. They are so worth it. But still.)

Sept 07, 2014  180.4 = -1.2
Sept 08, 2014  177.8 = -3.6 Wow
Sept 09, 2014  179.8 = +2? grr, makes me think yesterday's number was off (darn scale!)
Sept 10, 2014  177.2 = -0.6 Ok, I can live with that.
Sept 11, 2014  176.0 = -1.2 (Love this sprayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!)Then,I fell and broke my wrist - Argh!!!
Sept 12, 2014 did not weigh in because, well, cast + pain meds

Sept 13, 2014  174.2 = -1.8 Yay! even with my cast on! even with an Olga cheat salad last night w/ feta?
Sept 14, 2014  175.4 = +1.2 Oops. Had flax seed oil for bone-building Omega-3 and, um OIL? Duh.
Sept 15, 2014  174.4 = -1.0 Yay! I think I could have had more water, even.  Will try today.

Sept 19, 2014  173.4 =+0.2 Bummer.  Took some liberties last few days, ie:ate sardines for the omega-3 but obviously that won't help me lose weight on protocol.  Hopefully I have stores enough and with the awesome supplements I've been taking I feel on the mend already anyway, even without sardines (which are gruesome anyhow! Blech.)

Quick yoga every morning (stretch, sun salute, working up to Rodney Yee's Yoga for Energy, but I'm not there yet).
Hair Essentials supplements every day to halt the massive post pregnancy hair shed I'm in the middle of (UGH!) hopefully it won't interfere with protocol...(we shall have to see)
