My Day by Day Weight Loss Chart for Round 3 Feb 2013

Had another baby,  our 6th! Whooohooooooo!!! Oooh, but I gained another 80 lbs?! Boooooooo! Now, I did loose a bunch of weight right after the baby was born, but my weight seems to have stalled, per usual.  Luckily, I know about HhCG and I'm ready to start.  (Baby Veronica is 3 months old and nursing exclusively.   I plan to continue to nurse her exclusively until she is 6 months old and then to just introduce foods, continuing to nurse until she self-weans.  I don't imagine she will be affected in any way by my weight loss, but I will be paying close attention to her milestones and my milk supply).
Feb 11, 2012 - 173.4  = +.2 Phase 1 BEGINNING TODAY!  LOADING! :)
Feb 12, 2012 - 173.4  = +/-0 No gain while loading! Haha Ok I've heard this happens to people
Feb 13, 2012 - 175.8  = + 2.4 Loaded!  feeling good about starting - let's GO!
Feb 14, 2012 - 172.8  = -3.0 lbs Happy Valentine's day to me! ;D
Feb 15, 2012 - 172.2  = -0.6 lbs going down, I'll take it!  Loving the reduced appetite! :) Thank you HhCG!
Feb 16, 2012 - 170.8  = -2.6 lbs! Now THAT's what I'm talkin' bout!!! :D
Feb 17, 2012 - 169.6  = -1.2 lbs Happy dance!!!

Feb 19, 2012 - 167.2  =   -.8 lbs Yay! (ate late but doing good sticking to protocol foods)
Feb 20, 2012 - 167.2  = +/-0 lbs It's Ok, this may be a set point, a weight I lingered at previously, or maybe I didn't drink enough fluids yesterday, lot's of reasons the scale didn't move - maybe this is T&R already (tightening and repair) - well, whatever the reason, in my experience, I'll be moving down again soon, not to worry, just keep on track today. One day at a time.  :D
Feb 20, 2012 - 167.2  = +/-0 lbs Discovered the reason for the 'stall': chocolate. I thought I remembered being able to make P2 chocolate with stevia and lowfat milk and cocoa powder.  I could swear I made this treat in my last round of P2 - maybe I did, but I substituted baking chocolate this time instead of cocoa powder - 70 cals per 1/2 square?! BIG oops. but now I think it's clear, even a tsp of that does not get me closer to my goal and shuts down the process.  So, in penance, I did an apple day.  (not even very hungry)
Feb 21, 2012 - 165.2  = - 2 lbs Yay apple day!
Feb 22, 2012 - 166.6  =  +1.4 lbs Hm, well, you are NOT supposed to do apple day to 'fix' a cheat, and that's basically what I tried - I think that's why it swung back up - oh well, onward!
Feb 23, 2012 - 164.0  =  - 2.6 lbs (Phew!) Yay! Nearly 10 lbs in 14 days, not bad!

Mar 9, 2012  - 156.8 = -1.8 lbs OK. I figured it out.  I must have eaten the kids's FULL FAT (4%) cottage cheese, gosh darnit.  I could not for the life of me understand why my weight shot up like that, when I knew I'd stayed within protocol!  But when I went to give the kids some cottage cheese, I saw their container was exactly 1/2 full, smoothed out, just exactly how I leave MY cottage cheese container when I'm done portioning it out. Gee Whiz. So, a HALF cup of  full fat cottage cheese equals a 2.8 lb GAIN.  Wowzers.  Drat drat drat.  See, this spray REALLY sensitizes one's body to any incoming fats and sugars, it really does.  This is another example of how you know the stuff really WORKS and how important it is to stay on protocol and READ your labels!!!
Mar 10, 2012 - 155.6 = -1.2 lbs Feeling better but also like I lost a week there. :(  Booo! But it's ok, Onward!

Mar 13, 2012 - 154.2 = -.2 lbs Like it when it moves down! Feeling slimmer today, even though the scale did not move much, hopefully this is a T&R (Tightening & Repairing) moment. :D (Happy!)

Mar 15, 2012 - 152.0 = -1.6 lbs! woot woot!! :D

Mar 18, 2012 - 151.8 = +.8 lbs  Boo. Well, yesterday I prepared some mouthwatering party food, and ran to and from the park (several blocks) in a rush to get the food there (St Patrick's Day party) and the baby in her buggy, and the kids, rush rush rush, and then the food there really looked SO yummy, I really wanted the green deviled eggs I'd brought, and the grilled sausages and garlicy potatoes that someone else brought and oooh fried chicken!!! And my rainbow fruit salad with real whipped cream! I wanted it all! And I had none. Not a smidge.  Just drank my iced green tea and lemon and chatted - it was an amazingly sunny and warm day, just gorgeous.  So what I'm thinking is, either being near all that food spiked my insulin and caused me to store the P2 calories I ate yesterday evening, or the running has cause me to retain a bit of water.  I DO feel kinda puffy this morning.  Ok, Onward!

Mar 21, 2012 - 150.2  = +.4 ugh. Possibly ate too much salt/not enough water? Booo. Ok, ONWARD!
Mar 22, 2012 - 151.0  = +.8 Something is wrong, gotta figure it out! Of course it's possible that not sleeping last night is the reason for the gain - getting ready for my girl's 8th birthday - got to bed at 5am, up 2hrs later to start the day.  Bad 'planning'! Hahaha - oh well.
Mar 23, 2012 - 149.2 = -1.8 lbs WOW.  Last night I became crazy hungry, very unusual.  At 6pm I ate a nice P2 dinner of Tilapia 'en papilotte' with asparagus and strawberries.  Then, around 9pm, I could not help myself or stop myself; I ate a half of a chicken shwarma sandwich left over from my daughter's party and then went a bit nuts and ate some other things too; some fatoush salad, dipped every bite of shwarma sandwich into hummus dripping with oil, and even ate a big pinch of my daughter's angelfood birthday cake I'd made with my real whipped cream frosting, AND some of the oiliest, all natural graham crackers, oh gosh, and even ate some of a buttery cheese and bacon breakfast muffin I found abandoned on the counter; all of it was so delicious, and all of it SO not on protocol! Oil! Fat! Butter! (even some sugar!) Starch! - darn.  But now look! I actually lost weight! Really, I felt like I was starving to death last night, which is very different from how I'm used to feeling while in P2.
So, what happened? I'm thinking my spray was erased a few days ago, (when my husband carried it in his hand along with his cell phone) but that it lingered in my blood stream while I unknowingly entered P3, and then 'the hunger' hit once the spray left my system, and I had no choice but to eat.  I'm thinking this because IF I had eaten all that fatty, oily food with spray in my system, I would have gained like crazy, and instead, I lost(!!!).  Happily, my husband has some spray left of his own and I'm switching to his bottle today so I can finish this round - I NEED to get a bit more weight off and I've got one week left to do it! Let's do it!!! :D
